Our client is a local insurance brokerage part of the Steadfast Group which has made a number of acquisitions in recent times. They provide Business Insurance to individuals, small, medium and large businesses.

Basic Qualifications:

You must come from a background in claims, broking or underwriting inn Strata (Retail and/or Commercial) People from an Owners Corporate generalist background will also be considered.

What will you do:

• Work closely with the Client Service Team, Underwriting Partners and Service providers.
  
• Assist the Directors and Senior Account Executives in support.
  
• Processing & facilitating your client's new business, renewals and endorsements.
  
• Preparing detailed & professional submissions for client new business and renewals.
  
• Assist clients over the telephone and seek terms for their insurance requirements from market underwriters in a professional, friendly manner.
  
• Interact & foster relationships with all stakeholders associated with our business i.e. existing & potential clients, underwriters, loss adjusters, premium funders.
  
• Manage complex client accounts and the overall execution.
  
• Work with our CRM, quoting & network platforms.
  
• Portfolio for this role is primarily Strata Residential and Commercial
